Return Policy

Returns are accepted at our discretion and for yard credit only. Original receipt is required. Product must be returned to our yard within 60 days of purchase in its original, saleable condition. Returns may take up to 24 hours to process. A 25% restocking fee will apply. Unused yard credits expire 24 months after date of issue.

Claims for damaged product must be made before product is installed and within 15 days of receipt of product.

Absolutely no returns or exchanges are accepted on custom or special orders or on product purchased at full pallet pricing.

Pallet deposits are refundable when pallets are returned in good condition within six (6) months of date of invoice.
