Eramosa- Flamed

Eramosa limestone comes from the Wiarton and Owen Sound region of Northern Ontario, and it's known for one thing above all else: the fleuri pattern running through it. No two pieces read quite the same. The flamed finish is where that pattern shows up strongest. The heat-treated surface brings out the veining and gives the stone a rougher, more textured feel underfoot, so the bold, layered look you see in the slab carries through to the finished surface. It reads warmer and more dramatic than the sandblasted version, with tones that shift from light beige and cream through to deeper browns depending on the piece. Beyond the look, it's a limestone built for the outdoors here. It holds up to freeze-thaw cycles and winter salt, and the flamed texture adds slip resistance, which makes it a solid choice for patios, walkways, and pool surrounds where footing matters. Availability is limited, so if you're planning a project around it, it's worth confirming stock and lead times with us early.
